1. Required points: Each message is read by the system and assigned a point system based on a very sophisticated rating system based on 1000's of emails from the past and the system is updated everyday to include the new spam methods. If you want to tighten the filter give this a higher point level or for less chance of a valid email getting caught by the filter use a lower point setting. 2. Subject Rewrite: Here you can have a name added to the subject line of messages that are tagged as spam to help you identify them. We recommend leaving this at the default listed above. 3. Virus Scanning: We filter viruses from your account by default. You can remove the filtering if you want but we do not recommend doing this for Any reason. 4. Report: When the system tags an email as spam you can have one of several different types of notes in the header of the message, we recommend using the first option "Include report in headers of original messages". |
