GWDHosting.com has a ZERO Tolerance Spam Policy. This means your website and account can and will be immediately removed from our servers with no refund if you send unsolicited emails from our servers, from 3rd party email services to promote your website and/or if you sell or link to companies that offer these types of services. Also selling of any type of "marketing plans" that offer to send bulk emails or sell email harvesting or mass mailing programs will be construed as a violation of our TOS and your account will be terminated. There are so many better ways to promote your website. Proper setup for search engine indexing will bring in much more business than sending "junk mail". Yes you can send 1,000,000 emails for a couple hundred $$$ but people have gotten so tired of reading junk mail they are just deleting it before they even read it. Spend your hard earned money on something useful.

Any violation of the new Can Spam Act of 2003 or violation of our spamming policies will result in a fine for no less than $500 plus up to $100 for each additional complaint coming from the same mailing. All spamming violations will also be reported to the authorities for possible criminal and civil prosecution.
